When you sign up to our newsletter or download a resource, we receive your email address. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not purchase or obtain data from third-party data brokers.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Email addresses collected via our newsletter or resource download forms are used to send you the content you requested and occasional updates about TechLevity services. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Email communications
We use Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our email subscriber list. Your email address is stored on Kit.com servers, which are subject to their own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. Removal is immediate and permanent.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use third-party analytics tracking cookies on this website. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking scripts are loaded. Vercel, our hosting provider, may log basic access data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for infrastructure and security purposes only. This data is not used for profiling and is subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
